At Malaca Instituto, once a week we offer cookery classes taught by a professional trained in catering and cooking, Juan Manuel Aguilar (Juanma), who is also Head of Reception in our Club Hispánico.
You will experience a world of aromas, colours and flavours and you will learn how to make typical Spanish and Andalusian dishes (gazpacho, ajoblanco, paella, Málaga salad, tenderloin with Pedro Ximénez, seafood soup...)We will cook our dishes and then enjoy the food we have made together.
