In this 2 week course, Malaca Instituto provides you with the chance to improve your Spanish and learn to prepare and appreciate classical Andalucian dishes with other like-minded people.
Malaga’s local cuisine is a variant of the world famous Mediterranean diet. Andalucia is one of the world’s leading producers of olive oil. Add to this the freshest fish and seafood, local fruit, vegetables, nuts and pulses, and you
have the basic natural ingredients of the regional gastronomy.
The course is a combination of our Intensive Course of general Spanish with cookery lessons and visits and activities related to food and wine. Your level of Spanish is unimportant. A typical week can include the following:
- Spanish language classes
- 2 cookery sessions (complete menus)
- Meals with the teacher
- Visit to the central market
- Talk on Spanish wines

In the exceptional case that we do not have sufficient clients on a specific date to make the programme interesting we reserve the right to negotiate a revised version of the course with the student(s) concerned
