Master Class
“If only I could speak Spanish I would consider living in Spain”
“We had a great holiday in Spain but if we could have spoken more to the local people it would have been so much better”
“I would love to learn Spanish and about Spanish culture, but language schools don’t cater for my age group.”
If the above comments start ringing any bells, you would probably like to know about our Master Class programme (or you know someone who would!).
This is a programme aimed specifically at the mature student who appreciates cultures, likes getting to know people and has a love of learning – especially languages.
This is not a new programme – we have been successfully running it for some 13 years – and we have gained a lot of experience about the interests, needs (and even worries) of older people – this language school does cater for your age group!
- On Master Class we do not try to teach you the complete language with all its grammatical technicalities, but we concentrate on the essential words and phrases that will help you to begin to communicate (or communicate better) with the local people.
- We teach you how to ask directions, how to introduce yourself, how to order that plate of succulent grilled prawns you can see on the next table – and how to communicate in many more everyday situations that you will encounter on a holiday in Spain or if you plan to live here.
- We combine the language learning with a programme of social and cultural activities that we have developed especially for Master Class based on our experiences with your age group: cookery lessons, visits to art galleries and museums, walking in the hills, excursions, cultural talks, parties etc.
Our residence (Club Hispanico) offers just the accommodation you are looking for:
- secure (24 hour-staffed reception),
- convenient (on-site),
- comfortable (all rooms with private facilities) ,
- contactable (direct dial phones in all rooms)
- affordable!
Our Master Class participants (not to mention all our other students) come from all over the world offering an opportunity to make friendships with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
