Your course is finally confirmed when we receive the deposit of € 90,- (course fees) and € 60,- (accom. Fees). The balance is due 21 days before the beginning of your course. You can pay by:

1. Bank Cheque: in Euros drawn on a Spanish bank
2. Bank transfer to:

If you pay by Bank Transfer you must remember to give details of the course you intend to follow and send us a copy of the transfer document. If bank fees are deducted we reserve the right to charge you this amount when you arrive.

Eurocheques: If you decide to pay by Eurocheques please note that we can only accept Eurocheques to a maximum value of €150 each one,-

I have read and understand the cancellation and attendance conditions (see "Notes & Conditions") and agree to pay the balance no later than 21 days before the start of my course.

Data Protection and Privacy Statements

The data that you give us will be incorporated into a database, which is the property and responsibility of Malaca Instituto - Club Hispanico SL with address in c/ Cortada, 6, 29018 Malaga - Spain. This database is registered in the General Registry for Data Protection (RGPD) of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The collection and use of your personal data is intended only in order to allow us to fulfil our obligations with regards the administration and provision of services that you book and pay for at Malaca Instituto. They will not be used for any other purpose.

If you do not wish us to store any of your data,  or you wish to see the information that we have about you, or you wish to modify or erase any of the information about you on the data base,  please contact us by letter at the above mentioned address.

In line with data protection current legislation, which you can consult directly on the Data Protection Agency web page (www.agpd.es), we have used the appropriate levels of security for the type of data that you give us and we have installed all the technical means possible to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, non authorised access and theft of this data.
