Taken over the entire year we have an average of 1 staff for every 3 students. This is unusual and helps to explain the high level of service you will find here.
The management includes Ida Willadsen (owner and director) and:

- Bob Burger: Marketing Director
We are supported by 60-90 staff:
- 25 – 40 Teachers of Spanish
- 6 receptionists
- 9 reservations, sales and admin staff
- 2 computer technicians
- 4 bar-staff
- 7-10 cleaning ladies,
- 2 dance teachers,
- 1 cookery teacher
- 2-4 activities organisers
- 1 gardener
- 2-3 chefs,
- 2 maintenance staff
All our staff are here to serve our students studying Spanish. In total they represent hundreds of years of experience in dealing with overseas students.
The average length of service of our teachers is over 10 years and our administrative staff speak 11 languages between them.
