For young people looking for CV-enhancing qualifications, a combination of fluency in Spanish and knowledge of the world of work in Spain gained from working in a Spanish company, is a very good option.

We co-operate with a dedicated work-placement company which has a great deal of experience in placing young people in professional internships.

The Internships can be in most professional areas and we find the following to be amongst the most popular:

Marketing and advertising
Finance and administration
Design
Hotel industry
Tourism

You will need an upper intermediate level of Spanish before you join your internship and most of our clients in this programme take between 1 and 4 months of Intensive Spanish first. The Internship is for a minimum of 2 months.

The internship period is regularly supervised and fully reported on and certificated at the end of the stay. The Internship is not remunerated and cannot be taken in the Summer months of July and August (when companies do not have sufficient personnel resources to properly supervise internees).

Timetable	Spanish: 20 lessons: 8.30 – 12.30 or 16.00 – 20.00 Oral communication skills: 12.40 – 14.30 (subject to change) Internship: normal working hours
Malaca Instituto exams	Every 2 weeks during class time.
Certificates	Spanish: Certificates of Attendance and Certificates of Linguistic Competence for each Exam passed. Internship: full report and certification by the placement company
Notes	On the extremely rare occasions that a student is the only person on their chosen course at their level, we reserve the right to offer a reduced number of 1-1 lessons. The 24 and 26 lesson options available for a maximum of 16 weeks
