Now that you are a little more familiar with the Onlive options we offer (individual or group), you will surely have some questions about them. Here are some which we think may be the most frequent:

1. I'm not a computer and technology geek, this worries me ..
No need to be, Malaca Instituto makes it easy for you! As soon as you register for your course, you will receive your username and a password along with a few simple instructions on how to access your Onlive classes in which you will be able to interact with your teacher in live, just as if you were sitting in one of our classrooms.

2. There are thousands of schools and online courses being offered over the internet, why should I choose this one?
As previously explained this is an onlive course which something very different from the online courses you usually find on the internet. The face-to-face Spanish courses at Malaca Instituto are much more than just learning a language ... However, we have created these Onlive courses for you:
- if before booking an immersion course at Malaca Instituto, you want to try a course to see if you like it.
- if you have already booked an immersion course at Malaca Instituto and want to refresh your Spanish before coming.
- if after having completed an immersion course at our school you want to continue learning Spanish with your Malaca Instituto teachers from the comfort of your home.
- if you are a busy professional and don't have the time to travel to Spain.
- if you are not quite prepared yet to invest for a full immersion course yet or, if there are any other factors that may prevent you from coming to Málaga.

4. Will it be worth investing my time in learning Spanish?

5. Can I cancel my course or change my schedule? Can I ask for a reimbursement?
Of course, as long as you abide by our changes and cancellations policies. If a class needs to be canceled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If this notice is not received within the established timeframe, no refund or rescheduling of the session will be issued. 

6. How will I know my level of Spanish?
Before starting your course, you will need to sit a written level/placement test and if necessary, an oral test may also be given.
