Knowing the conditions under which our services are offered is essential for a clear, safe and responsible relationship with our students

Payment conditions

Your booking will be confirmed when we receive a deposit of €90 for the course and €60 for the accommodation. The balance must be made at least 21 days before the start of the course. You can pay via bank transfer or through the Flywire payment gateway.

If payment is made by bank transfer, you must give us the details of the course you are going to take and send us a copy of the transfer document. The student will be responsible for all bank fees. If the bank charges any fees to our account, we reserve the right to charge you this amount on arrival.

Cancellation

21 days before the start of the course: full refund minus €60.

Between 21 and 5 working days before the course starts: full refund minus €150.

Last minute cancellation/no show:
If cancellation occurs during the last 5 working days before the course starts or in case of ‘no show’, we will refund all fees paid minus 4 weeks of course and accommodation (no refund for courses lasting less than 4 weeks).

REGULATORY POLICY

Bank holidays

No classes will be held on public holidays. If the public holiday falls on the course start date, new students start classes the following day. The following are public holidays that fall on weekdays during our courses: 6 Jan, 2 & 3 Apr, 1 May, 19 Aug, 8 Sep, 12 Oct, 2 Nov, 7 & 8 Dec.

Attendance

To maintain the professional atmosphere in the school, we insist that all our students complete the daily homework exercises and attend all their classes. This is to enable the whole class to progress quickly and at the same pace. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a student being placed in a lower level class, not receiving a Certificate of Attendance.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:

ARRIVAL DAY SUNDAY, DEPARTURE SATURDAY MORNING. ANY EXTRA NIGHT, ALWAYS TO BE CONFIRMED. THEREFORE 2 WKS= 13 NIGHTS, 3 WKS= 20 NIGHTS... NO PRICE REDUCTION FOR LESS THAN 13 NIGHTS. (EXCEPT 1 WEEK COURSES)

IF STUDENTS NEED ONE EXTRA NIGHT, THIS CAN USUALLY BE ARRANGED ON A REQUEST BASIS. THE EXTRA NIGHT WILL ALWAYS BE CHARGED.

THE MEALS FOR THESE EXTRA NIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE WEB FORM PRICE CALCULATION AND CAN ONLY BE BOOKED ONCE IN THE SCHOOL
