LEVEL SCALE
The aim of these notes is to give a transparent and comprehensive reference based on the Common European Framework.
We describe what knowledge and skills the students have to learn in order to use the Spanish language for communication.
Anyway you should not forget that the process of language learning is continuous and individual. No two users of a language have exactly the same competences or develop them in the same way. However, for practical purposes it is useful to set up a scale of defined levels to segment the learning process.
An average student studying from total beginner level can usually achive a B2 level in 20 weeks; for a real C2 level requieres several years living and communicating in a Spanish speaking environment.
